Motel Policies

  1. Deposit Requirements:
    1 day rental: 1 night deposit
    2 to 7 days rental: 2 night deposit
    8 or more days rental: 3 night deposit
  2. Deposit applies to your last night’s stay.
  3. Balance due on arrival in cash or money order. If you care to use a credit card there is a 3% service charge on the balance due. BALANCE ON SPECIALS MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY.
  4. Deposits refundable less 25% if motel is notified of cancellation 21 days or more in advance of arrival date. No refund on unused days or no shows – no exceptions. Changes to reservation require minimum 30 days notice and are subject to availability.
  5. Deposits not transferable to future reservations.
  6. No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
  7. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax.
  8. Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless otherwise notified.
  9. Rates listed apply only to advance reservations made prior to May 1.
  10. Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid.
  11. All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control
  12. This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
  13. Maximum occupancy rate July 6 to Labor Day. Rates Subject to NJ State Sales, Tourism Taxes. These rates do not apply to Groups, Conventions or Holidays. Rates subject to change unless secured by advance reservation.
  14. One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type.
  15. No bicycles in rooms & No roller blading on premises.
  16. As a matter of public health, children who are not fully potty trained must wear a “SWIM DIAPER” in pool.
  17. Sorry, no pets.
  18. No cigars or pipes.
  19. NO SMOKING IN ROOMS – STRICTLY ENFORCED!
  20. Pool area is NON-SMOKING
