. Game Room Hours- 9AM – 11PM Location- 1st Floor at the beach end of the pool.
. Ping Pong located on 1st Floor at the beach end of the pool, next to the game room.
Paddles are available in the office, free of charge. Balls are $0.50 each.
. Vending machines are located on the 1st Floor at the beach end of the pool.
. Barbeque (No Minors & Please Clean After Use) on 1st Floor between the office and the pool. Utensils are available in the office. Hours 9AM – 9PM. First come-first serve.
. Ice Machine (Bring Bucket & Needs Quarters) located on the 1st Floor in the stairway behind the elevator.
. Laundromat (Coin Operated) located on the 1st Floor in the hallway behind the office.
Soap is available in the office. $2.00 for washer & $1.50 for dryer.
. Wireless Internet access code is beachone
. Foot Shower (to use when returning from the beach, before entering pool, room, or elevator area) located at each end of the pool for your convenience.
. Please use ironing boards in rooms to protect the carpet and furniture.
. Children’s Playground & Basketball Courts are located 3 blocks north on Ocean Ave.
. Tennis Courts are located 1 block south on Ocean Ave.
. Check out time (also includes parking spot) is prior to 10 AM.
. FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL GUESTS WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CIGARS, E-CIGARETTES, MARIJUANA, CIGARETTES, PIPES. SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN FIRST FLOOR PARKING AREAS ONLY!
POOL RULES
* Please see pool attendant for reserving space at pool.
* Pool is for registered guests only. Non-registered visitors are positively not allowed to
use any room or pool facilities.
* Pool area is also NON-SMOKING.
* Pool Hours – 9 am – 8 pm
* Please no Glass in Pool Area
* Please No ball playing, running or horseplay in or around pool.
* Only Swimmy Diapers allowed in pool. No other diapers.
* Do not reserve pool chairs.
* No Lifeguard on duty in Pool Area, Do Not Leave Children Unattended.
NJ state law states that an adult must accompany persons under the age of 16.
* Swim at your own risk.
